The judge freed the speaker of the Parliament of Catalonia Spain, Carme Forcadell, also four other policy makers with assurance, while law enforcement officers investigate their role in the Declaration of independence deemed not in accordance to the Constitution.
"All suspects are already guaranteed that they not continue between political activity, or if it is still active, will not support the action that is not in accordance with the constitutional framework," the judge's statement in its official statement Llarena Pablo, Thursday ( 9/11).
A source told Reuters, Forcadell will be transferred to custody until she paid Melco Alcala guarantee 150 thousand euros. Four other policy makers should give assurance of 25 thousand euro.
Meanwhile, eight members of the regional Government of Catalonia along with two grass-roots independence group leader still in detention while awaiting trial in the High Court on charges of rebellion.
The High Court also still menghincar former President of Catalonia, Carles Puigdemont, along with four members of his Cabinet who took refuge to Brussels after a fired post-the Declaration of independence.

Previously, Forcadell told the Supreme Court that the Declaration of independence that was not legally binding.
But on the other hand, he also said that Rajoy is the action "a coup" and "destroy democracy.
